Nalewka
We are going to try making Nalewka (Na-leh-fka) in the summer out of the fruit we grow, or worst case, some fruit that we can buy. Out of the bought fruit I would go for a Cherry Nalewka and any of of the allotment fruit would be good. This is going to be a really interesting experiment and unfortunately relies on us being able to get hold of Polish Pure Spirit. We’ll have to see what we can do. Suggestions?
